In the years 2016 and 2017, we carried out sludge extraction and dehydration from lagoon bottoms for our Oxy client.

Also, in 2014 we opened an operation center in Bogota for the provision of different environmental services mainly aimed at the industrial sector different to oil & gas that was framed within a comprehensive management of hazardous, non-hazardous, and usable waste.

In 2013, we launched the environmental line of rental and maintenance of portable sanitary units and sinks, and the cleaning of septic tanks in the department of Huila. For this activity, we built several maintenance units mounted on diesel vehicles with all the equipment and accessories for providing the service.

We ventured into tank management and maintenance contracting this service with Ecopetrol for the fracturing, tractor trailer, and horizontal tanks. For the development of this activity, TWM built a tank washing unit with high levels of productivity.

In 2009, we installed the first integral plant for waste treatment in the client’s facilities. This project was developed for Ecopetrol and Oxy in the La Cira Infantas Field. During 22 months of execution of this contract, we treated and returned 830,000 bls of saline water (brines) to the customer for reuse and we recovered and returned 42,500 bls of crude oil with BSW <2% to the client.

For the year 2005, we incorporated thermal desorption technology for waste treatment and built the first UDT equipment for this purpose.

Total Waste Management (TWM) was created in 2001 in the city of Neiva. In that same year, the “El Dindal” waste treatment plant was built and put into operation in the municipality of Aipe once we obtained the environmental license from CAM.
